Sandy Paws
Lauren Carpenter is an experienced dog groomer who
graduated from Northern College in Ontario with an Animal
Care/Grooming certificate. Following graduation, she moved
to Sydney, Australia, where she pursued her passion for
working with animals and worked as a dog groomer in a
veterinary practice for 9 years. Throughout her time Down
Under, she also volunteered at a wildlife park working with
Koalas, Kangaroos and Wombats! While she has love for all
animals, her great love has always been with dogs and she
is excited to get to know and connect with those in the
community.
Lauren, alongside her husband, Kurtis, and their black lab,
Touke, have recently returned to Canada from Australia and
are working on making their new home in Southampton.
Throughout her childhood, Lauren spent many summers at
her family cottage on the Bruce Peninsula and is excited to
be back in the area. Outside of her profession, Lauren’s
hobbies include photography, baking and hiking with Kurtis
and Touke.
Lauren is excited to get started on this new adventure and is
looking forward to building relationships with new furry
friends and their humans!

Dog Walking
Dog walking is available in the Southampton Downtown Area, by the lake (Stopping at the bridge) and Helliwell Park (Stopping at Spence St).
